An alert from the Unified Sportsmen of Florida (USF) to Evergreen State residents could have an immediate impact on the office of Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson, a Democrat who did not fill out a National Rifle Association questionnaire, and who, during the campaign, was rather vague about his position on gun rights.

A Haqqani Network leader was taken out during an operation in Paktiya province by ISAF forces. Sarwar Khan was involved in kidnapping individuals in Zurmat district, constructing improvised explosive devices and coordinating IED emplacement attacks against Afghan and coalition forces.

The Army is considering cancelling the Improved Carbine project – raising questions about what will be done with $300 million in the budget. The program had come under audit by the Pentagon’s Inspector General.

According to a report from Military.com, the House Committee on Government Oversight was told of the audit of the program, in which a number of gun companies, including Heckler & Koch, FNH-USA, Remington Defense, Adcor Defense Inc. and Colt Defense LLC, are competing to provide a carbine with more reliability than the current M4A1.

The Obama Administration is pursuing new policies relating to so-called “proselytizing” that could result in Christians being court-martialed for sharing their faith. Ominously, the Pentagon is consulting a vehement critic of Christians in the military, Mikey Weinstein, who heads to Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

Two Are Kazakhs Already Held On Immigration Charges

Three more suspects have been taken into custody by the Boston Police as the investigation into the bombing at the Boston Marathon continues. This now raises questions about whether the brothers acted alone, or if there was a larger conspiracy.

Two of the suspects, Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, had already been held on immigration charges. They are accused of obstructing the investigation by attempting to dispose of computers and other equipment from the apartment shared by Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
