I realize this is truly an 11th hour request but even so I'm asking you to ask your readers to call their Senators with the facts enclosed and demanding they vote No on any vote to ratify the ATT.

I'm not including the various supporting UN documents as each can be easily found and downloaded on the Internet. However, I am also including my Marked UP Version of H.R 45 to illustrate the legislation that could easily be forced through both Houses and signed by the President any time the Democrats again have complete control as they did during President Obama's first two years in Office. While I'm convinced this was a trial balloon I'm also sure it could be revised at any time following the ratification of the proposed Arms Trade Treaty.

It is absolutely clear that ratification of UN Resolution 64/48 The Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) must not be allowed.
