Defense: Waukesha Parade killer is not a terrorist: The Parade and car were at fault

Anna Kees, Public Defender of Waukesha Parade killer of 6 faced with 77 criminal charges said that Darrel Brooks was not guilty. He couldn’t turn off the parade route because the side streets were barricaded and full of spectators. She noted, too, that he told detectives that he didn’t mean to kill anyone and couldn’t bring himself to look when detectives showed him photos of the carnage, AP reported.

Kees has filed a motion for change of venue, arguing that Brooks could not get a fair trial in Waukesha.

Gov. DeSantis slams media for failing to call Waukesha killer a terrorist, while eagerly referring to parents by that label

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis continued driving the mainstream media nuts this week after he suggested they are more anxious to attack concerned parents and treat them as domestic terrorist than they are to accurately cover the terrorist massacre at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin last week, according to Breitbart.

This past week in Orlando, DeSantis once again slammed the mainstream media’s breathless obsession with parents who show up at school board meetings while they take a nap over the Waukesha killer.

“Is that how it works? The SUVs, they just drive themselves? This just kind of happened? And they say, ‘Oh, this was just a big accident.’ You never hear the discussion about who committed this. What was the motivation,” DeSantis said of the Waukesha attack, paraphrasing some of the absurd reporting from mainstream media relative to the “incident” as they call it.

“This guy was a career criminal let out on—didn’t have any bail basically. Should not have even been on the street, had clear, anti-white animus, and this was an intentional act,’ he continued, slamming the establishment lamestream media.

“It seems like, for corporate press, they’re more apt to characterize a parent who protests bad policies at a school board meeting as a ‘domestic terrorist’ than somebody who intentionally rams an SUV into a crowd of innocent people,” DeSantis continued.

So you have at least six have died. You have many more that have been injured. I know many people are in the hospital. So let’s just be clear. This was not a car just driving in. This was an attack by a felon who should not have been on the street. And we’ll see what the actual motivation was. It very well may have been a response to what happened with Kyle Rittenhouse.

“And you have to wonder, if that’s the case, almost assuredly, the guy’s view of Rittenhouse was colored by these media lies,” he said, while listing off some of the lies.

“That’s what the media has been doing, and they tend to point a target on law enforcement’s back. But this is just wrong and these lies have got to stop,” the governor said.

And if it doesn’t fit your narrative, sweeping the facts under the rug is not doing the service that people deserve. It is what we expect, unfortunately, from a lot of these places, but it’s wrong. And I think the way they treated law enforcement across the board over the last two years has been an absolute disgrace.

“So let’s just be clear. They are not wanting to cover this Wisconsin thing for what it is. They are not wanting these facts to come out the way they are because the facts do not support their narrative, and it’s all about pursuing partisan narratives,” DeSantis added.

DeSantis’s remarks came about after the mainstream media, attempting to cover for the racist black nationalist ideology of the Waukesha terrorist, made remarks such as referring to the terrorist attack as a “parade crash,”  which was how CBS News described the attack.

They continued the charade even after an eight-year-old boy succumbed to his injuries from the attack:

Then, there was the Washington Post, apparently blaming a driverless SUV:

“Child is the sixth to die after SUV slammed into parade in Wisconsin,” prosecutor says according to one headline.

Other outlets such as Sky News, ABC, The Hill, NPR and CNN also called it a “parade crash.”:

Public Radio said:

Hundreds gathered at a downtown park Monday night in Waukesha, Wisconsin, for a candlelight vigil in honor of those lost and hurt in a deadly Christmas parade crash a day earlier. “This vigil is a small first step in healing for our community,” said Mayor Shawn Reilly. [email protected].
( NOTE: Although in another later article in the content, but not headline , NPR named killer)

But others responded to the Woke media.

Sky news International reported the facts:
