IDF Releases Footage of Soldiers Uncovering Extensive Tunnel Network Beneath Gaza

Soldiers discovered rooms and equipment used by Hamas terrorists for prolonged stays.

In this newly released imagery, IDF soldiers discover an extensive tunnel network beneath civilian areas of central Gaza. The helmet cam video traces soldiers as they proceed through the tunnel to map out its features.

This route is about 1 km long, and contained rooms and equipment that enabled Hamas fighters to remain underground for prolonged stays, the IDF says.

The tunnel was dismantled, the IDF says.
