Nancy Pelosi is in her 18th term in the House of Representatives. She has just announced that she will run for re election.
How our forefathers let such a burden on Americans slip through the cracks is probably because of the process of amending term limits. Self serving Representatives have not much desire to break their own rice bowls.
Senate Joint Resolution 21 was one effort to impose limits on the number of terms a Member of Congress may serve. Senate Joint Resolution 21, if approved by two-thirds of the Members of both the Senate and the House of Representatives, and if ratified by three-fourths of the States, will limit Senators to two terms and Members of the House of Representatives to six terms. II. Legislative History In 1789, Representative Thomas Tucker offered the first term limits proposal: a 1-year Senate term limited to 5 years in any 6-year period and a 2-year House term limited to 6 years in any 8-year period. Tucker's motion to refer the proposal to the Committee of the Whole was defeated August 18, 1789. Term limits were revisited by the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution at hearings on March 14 and 16, 1978. The subcommittee considered S.J. Res. 27, and S.J. Res. 28, which limited Senators to two terms and House Members to seven terms and six terms, respectively. Fast forward to Nov 2021. U.S. Representative Tim Burchett (TN-02) introduced legislation to implement term limits for incoming members of Congress. These new term limits would not apply to members of Congress holding office on the day the amendment is ratified. "Many U.S. House reps vocally support term limits but fail to act when the time comes," Rep. Burchett said. "I understand many sitting members do not want term limits to apply to them. Grandfathering these members allows commonsense term limits to take effect, retires entrenched political power brokers, and creates a Congress full of fresh ideas." Rep. Burchett's legislation would amend the U.S. Constitution to impose term limits on all incoming members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Under this resolution, House members could serve three two-year terms while senators could serve two six-year terms. It has gone nowhere.
UPDATE Late 2021
Pelosi’s FBI January 6 Witch-hunt not a plot, yet Pelosi disregards the Constitution
Nathan DeGrave is a patriot, political prisoner suffering in solitary confinement at Biden’s D.C Gitmo. While murderers, rapists, and pedophiles get treated with kid’s gloves for their crimes, Nathan’s only crime is his non violent participation at the mostly peaceful January 6 rally.
The corrupt Biden regime has made it clear that if you are a conservative or republican, they will throw you in America’s Gitmo.
Nathan’s judge ruled that because he is a Trump supporter, he could not release him from pre trial detention. This is a clear violation under the Bail Reform Act, which makes it clear that pre trial detention should only be used in rare circumstances since freedom is the norm in our society.
This is just one of many shocking violations of Nathan’s civil rights, constitutional rights, and human rights. Nathan has been in solitary confinement for over 8 months, even though international rights state that human beings should not be held in solitary confinement for more than 7 days due to the extreme emotional, mental, and physical distress it could cause.
He even spent 30 days in “the hole”, a section of the jail reserved for the most violent prisoners, for no apparent reason.
Nathan has been denied proper hygiene, proper nutrition, access to legal visits, and access to religious services despite being his constitutional rights. Even the ACLU, a notoriously left wing organization, is advocating on behalf of these political prisoners about the abhorrent conditions and human rights violations they face.
Jan 6ers have been mocked, ridiculed and beaten by officers for singing the national anthem, by people who despise the U.S.A and the love these patriots have for their country.
Nathan himself has been threatened with physical violence by prison staff. Earlier this year, correction officers badly beat a fellow January 6 patriot nearly to death for simply trying to organize a bible study. They zip tied has hands, and then beat him unconscious with their metal flashlights. This man suffered from a detached retina, skull fractures, brain swelling, and blindness. The corrupt DC Department of Corrections deny this attack ever happened. Nathan fears he could be next.
If this isnt disturbing enough, senators Matt Gaete and Marjorie Taylor Greene were illegally denied from checking in on these political prisoners.
It’s clear the DOJ is trying to hide these illegal violations from lawmakers and the American public.
The fake news, corrupt DOJ and FBI are colluding to keep the truth about Jan 6th hidden behind a veil of a fake insurrection. The truth is that January 6 was a peaceful protest, until police attacked nonviolent participants and murdered Roseanne Boyland and Ashli Babbitt in cold blood.
We’ve all heard about Ashli Babbitt, but the DOJ is trying to cover up the death of Roseanne Boyland, another peaceful protestor, who was beaten to death by federal officers.
The D.O.J is suppressing this evidence from the public, but the truth WILL come out. The Jan 6 patriots HAVE THE FOOTAGE of this brutal and senseless murder, the truth will come to light, and we will end the darkness our beautiful country has succumbed to………….
ANTIFA, BLM and other extremist groups burn down cities, loot stores and terrorize communities causing billions in damages, only to get cases dismissed and charges dropped. But peaceful Americans who dare to challenge the Biden regime are thrown in solitary confinement without bail, as a result of our corrupt two tiered justice system.
Providing your financial support is the easiest and most effective way to fight back and show the world what we as a country stand for.
Nathan wishes for you to pray for our country during this dark time. God bless you and God bless the USA. VISIT GIVESENDGO

BACKGROUND: The 6 January political prisoners.A suspect, not yet convicted in the so called 6 January “Insurrection” is suffering from cancer, yet being treated like a third world prisoner as his civil rights are denied. .
“Judge Lamberth just found the DC Jail Warden and DC DOC Director in contempt of court for refusing to turn over requested documents related to care for cancer-stricken J6 detainee. Says civil rights are being violated at the jail, will refer to Attorney General office. FINALLY!!” Kelly tweeted.
“Yesterday a federal judge said DC jail officials are violating the civil rights of J6 detainees. The man in question hasn’t been convicted of any crime and doesn’t even have a trial date but he’s been incarcerated since March. He’s dying of cancer.
Kelly is a tireless reporter for those being abused and seeking the truth.
The FBI Witch hunt ordered by Pelosi and Company for political gain has netted 570 suspects.
But the “Great Insurrection” the worse event in U.S. history according to hysterical Representatives, was as thought, a spontaneous and very unfortunate event.
“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases. Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages,” a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation stated according to a report by Reuters: “Exclusive: FBI finds scant evidence U.S. Capitol attack was coordinated – sources.”
FBI report that cells of protesters, including Oath Keepers and Proud Boys groups, had alledgedly aimed to break into the Capitol. But they found no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside, the sources said.
At the Time Trump had tweeted that no violence was to be involved in the protests designed to be peaceful. Apparently mob mentality kicked in for a few that stormed the Capitol. No one was armed with design to shoot Representatives.
A quick glance at the FBI front page reveals a stark difference that what was nonstop front page news in the last months—6 January. Now the FBI is watching for those who might protest Covid restrictions, asking tips of potential Hate Crimes and China’s gathering of Genetic Data.
Previously in another Exclusive the Daily Mail described conditions of some of those guilty until proven innocent:
“It’s like Guantanamo Bay’: Inside the Washington D.C. jail where Capitol rioters are ‘treated like domestic terrorists,’ assaulted, taunted and locked up in ‘closet-sized’ cells up to 24 hours a day,” Daily Mail wrote in an exclusive on the harsh treatments of Jan 6 protestors.
All of the protestors were unarmed and none of them appeared to have an agenda of killing or harming those legitimately in the Capitol. to call the event a riot is not far fetched. To call the event, not being justified by anyone, an insurrection, is hysteria by those clueless as to the definition of insurrection.
Violence was involved, with some of the protestors attacking law enforcement officers.
Geoffrey Sills, 30, of Mechanicsville, is charged with federal offenses that include assaulting, resisting or impeding officers using a dangerous weapon; obstruction of an official proceeding; and civil disorder, among other charges. Sills made his initial court appearance in the Eastern District of Virginia on June 21.
According to court documents, Sills was on the lower west terrace of the Capitol on Jan. 6 where he was seen on U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) surveillance, videos posted online, and body-worn camera (BWC) footage repeatedly assaulting multiple law enforcement officers. As depicted in the footage, Sills threw multiple objects, including pole-like objects, at law enforcement officers around 2:30 p.m., as the officers retreated and the crowd advanced forward. USCP surveillance footage then captured Sills in one of the first groups of rioters entering the tunnel around 2:41 p.m, while holding his phone up as if it were recording.
Brian Glenn Bingham, 35, of Port Charlotte, Florida, is charged with federal offenses that include assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers; obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder; and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, among other charges.
Others were also charged with violence against law officials. Yet others were arrested or imprisoned with no proof of violence during the incursion into the Capitol.
Those arrested and in prison report abuse.

Trump and the Capitol police had requested further security in advance, to include the National Guard but Pelosi denied the request. Facts of the cases are pending.
the Capitol Police officer who shot Ashli Babbit dead as she was trying to enter the Capitol through a window will not face charges.
6 January was used as fodder for the military purge of “extremists.”
